Decskill is seeking a Salesforce Platform Expert for a project based in Lisbon. The role focuses on optimizing Marketing, Sales, and Service processes with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions and integrations while providing technical support and documentation. English fluency and a proactive mindset are expected for ongoing learning and collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to support Marketing, Sales, and Service operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customize and configure Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with internal systems and third-party apps.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues.
• Identify opportunities to optimize Salesforce processes and platform performance.
• Create clear technical and user documentation and conduct training sessions.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce features, technologies, and best practices.

Profile: We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Expert specializing in Marketing, Sales, and Services to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce platform management, with a focus on optimizing and enhancing marketing, sales, and service processes.

Requirements:

• Proven professional experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, are highly valued.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and different stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn and develop Salesforce expertise.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken.
