InnoTech is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Porto. You will manage and configure Salesforce, ensuring data quality, governance, and smooth CRM operation. You will create reports and dashboards, support system improvements, releases, and user training.

Applicants should have 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, strong Salesforce Sales Cloud knowledge, and fluency in Portuguese and English. BSc/MSc in relevant field and Salesforce Certification are preferred.

Your mission will be:

• Manage and configure Salesforce, including users, permissions, objects, fields, and validation rules;
• Provide CRM operational support, ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance;
• Create reports and dashboards and support system improvements, releases, and user training.

You will need:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM processes;
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator;
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, data management, reporting, and user support;
• CPLP nationality or a valid EU work permit;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Would be awesome if you have:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related areas;
• Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Data Loader, and integrations;
• Salesforce Business Analyst or Platform App Builder certification.
