Fh Collective Academy seeks a French-speaking Sales Specialist to support French-speaking business clients in growing their online advertising campaigns. You will join a global tech environment and help shape campaigns in digital marketing.

The role focuses on identifying new sales opportunities with existing B2B customers, building relationships with marketing decision-makers, advising on strategies, and upselling to grow revenue.

• Fluency in French and good English communication.
• Experience or strong interest in sales, digital marketing, or online advertising.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Work Model: On-site
• Language:French+ English
• Schedule:40 hours per week
• Working Hours: Fixed or rotational shifts, depending on assignment

What You'll Do

• Contact existing B2B customers to identify new sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with marketing professionals and business decision-makers.
• Advise clients on online advertising strategies and suitable campaign solutions.
• Provide campaign support and advertiser training.
• Grow client revenue through upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

What We're Looking For

Salary & Total Cash Compensation

Option 1: With Company Accommodation

• Total gross cash compensation: €1,040.66/month
• Company-provided accommodation included.

Option 2: Without Company Accommodation

• Total gross cash compensation: €1,240.66/month

The monthly figures are based on 22 working days. Holiday and Christmas allowances are paid in monthly instalments. Meal allowance is paid separately via a meal card.
