FH Collective Academy in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a French-speaking Online Marketing Sales Specialist to join our on-site team. The role focuses on supporting French-speaking business clients and growing online advertising campaigns in an international, tech-driven environment.

You will build relationships with marketing professionals and decision-makers, advise on strategies, and help clients achieve targets through upselling and tailored solutions.

• Work Model: On-site

• Schedule:40 hours per week
• Working Hours: Fixed or rotational shifts, depending on assignment

What You'll Do

• Contact existing B2B customers to identify new sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with marketing professionals and business decision-makers.
• Advise clients on online advertising strategies and suitable campaign solutions.
• Provide campaign support and advertiser training.
• Grow client revenue through upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

What We're Looking For

Salary & Total Cash Compensation

Option 1: With Company Accommodation

• Total gross cash compensation: €1,040.66/month
• Company-provided accommodation included.

Option 2: Without Company Accommodation

• Total gross cash compensation: €1,240.66/month

The monthly figures are based on 22 working days. Holiday and Christmas allowances are paid in monthly instalments. Meal allowance is paid separately via a meal card.
