• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities with the ability to persuade others.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be fluent in Portuguese both written and spoken.
