TD SYNNEX in Lisbon is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Order Processor to support internal sales through accurate quote generation and order processing. You will manage daily orders, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with Internal Sales to meet team targets in a dynamic, shift-based environment.

Proficiency in SAP R3 and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred. The role emphasizes process discipline, strong communication, and customer relations while offering elective benefits

Job Purpose:

Supporting internal sales function by sales order processing and providing accurate quotations.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily order loading and quote activity, including any electronic order processing
• To support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets
• Priorities own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved
• Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution
• Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales
• Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager
• Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, as required
