TD SYNNEX Portugal is looking for a focused program support specialist to help sustain Autodesk Learning Partner programs and improve all related administration. You will provide first-line support, handle escalations, and drive renewal processes from a central team.

Process new applications after Sales clearance, manage license renewals, and create global reports while coordinating with PSM and support colleagues to uphold service quality.

Qualificações

• Must be highly numerate and organized.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

Job Purpose

To ensure quality continuous support of Autodesk Learning Partner programs and maintain and improve all administration aspects of programs

Responsibilities

• Responsible for first line support of program within 3 day KPI
• Manage escalations to resolution
• Generation and Distribution of all renewal processes from central tea
• New Applications - Once passed by Sales team, process through to onboarding
• License renewal management
• Creation and Maintenance of Global Reporting Requirements
• Coordinating with PSM and Support Team members to ensure quality level of service at all times
• Escalation of issues to Management and others, and management of issue to resolution

Knowledge Skills And Experience

• Highly numerate
• Time management and prioritizing skills
• Good communication skills
• Very good level of English
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
