Finastra in Portugal is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales organization by ensuring operational excellence, maintaining CRM data quality, and delivering actionable insights. You will collaborate with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize processes, support deal execution, and drive data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the sales organization by ensuring operational excellence, maintaining CRM data integrity, and delivering actionable business insights. You will collaborate closely with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize processes, support deal execution, and drive data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities & Deliverables

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will:

  • Provide operational support to the sales organization by resolving requests and inquiries submitted through the Sales Operations Support Services queue.
  • Support Executive Deal Desk activities, including documenting discussions, tracking action items, and ensuring CRM records are accurately maintained.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop reports, dashboards, and analyses that support business priorities and sales performance monitoring.
  • Gather business requirements and recommend effective solutions to address operational challenges and process gaps.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Deliver guidance and training to regional sales teams on Salesforce and pricing-related processes.
  • Support CRM enhancement initiatives by documenting business requirements, test scenarios, and user acceptance testing activities.
  • Assist with testing and validation of system changes prior to production deployment.
  • Help ensure high standards of data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency across the sales organization.
  • Leverage AI to enhance productivity, streamline routine tasks, validate outputs against trusted sources, and translate AI-generated insights into informed business decisions.
Required Experience

Bachelor's degree. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong presentation skills using PowerPoint. Working knowledge of CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience considered an advantage. Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting practices is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
