SOMAÍ Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Sales Intern to support our Commercial team with sales reporting, data analysis, CRM updates and commercial support activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys numbers, Excel, and turning data into business insights to influence decisions. You will learn how sales operations and reporting work in a regulated international environment, with mentorship and structured onboarding.

Qualificações

• Recently graduated or currently studying Business, Economics, Management, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organised and reliable.
• Curious about sales, commercial operations and business development.
• Comfortable working with data and numbers.
• Able to communicate clearly in English.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports.
• Check data accuracy and identify inconsistencies.
• Support CRM updates and pipeline tracking.
• Help organize sales information and reporting templates.
• Support market, prospect and competitor research.
• Assist with meeting notes, action points and commercial materials.
• Learn how sales operations and commercial reporting work in practice.

What you will do

You will work closely with the Sales team and support activities such as:

• Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports;
• Checking data accuracy and identifying inconsistencies;
• Supporting CRM updates and pipeline tracking;
• Helping organize sales information and reporting templates;
• Supporting market, prospect and competitor research;
• Assisting with meeting notes, action points and commercial materials;
• Learning how sales operations and commercial reporting work in practice.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is:

• Recently graduated or currently studying Business, Economics, Management, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field;
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets;
• Detail-oriented, organised and reliable;
• Curious about sales, commercial operations and business development;
• Comfortable working with data and numbers;
• Able to communicate clearly in English;
• Motivated to learn and grow in a professional business environment.

Experience is not mandatory. What matters most is your curiosity, discipline, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP or similar tools;
• Interest in CRM tools, dashboards or business reporting;
• Curiosity about AI tools and how they can support productivity and reporting;
• Previous academic or project experience involving data, reporting or commercial analysis.
