Qualificações

• Recent graduate or with up to 1 year of experience in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

What will you be doing?

Depending on your area of interest, you will have the opportunity to:

Marketing

• Work with international teams to develop and optimize marketing campaigns across different geographies;
• Monitor business KPIs and market data, turning insights into actionable strategies;
• Support the development and implementation of new digital projects and products;
• Analyze content, products and market trends to identify new opportunities;
• Work with internal teams and external partners to support content and product management;
• Prepare presentations and business materials for internal and external stakeholders;
• Contribute to projects with a local approach and a global mindset.

Finance

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts and variance reports;
• Support budgeting, business planning and financial forecasting processes;
• Monitor financial performance and contribute to achieving business goals;
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures;
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.

Do you fit the profile we're looking for?

• Recently graduated or with up to 1 year of experience in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related areas;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in English (mandatory); Portuguese is required for some positions and other languages are a plus;
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment;
• Culturally adaptable and interested in working with different markets and perspectives.
