IQVIA is hiring a Sales Administrator to support revenue recognition and invoicing quality within the Finance Department. The role collaborates with Sales and Contracting to ensure accurate billing, data integrity, and timely close processes.

The position targets early‑career professionals with 0–3 years of experience, fluent in French and English, and a strong eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SAP/CRM systems is preferred. This is an on‑site role in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Administration, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or Customer Support.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to follow defined processes and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Sales Order & Contract Administration: Create, maintain, and update sales orders, BNFs, credit memos, and related records in CRM and SAP; ensure contractual terms, pricing, billing models, and revenue allocation are accurate.
• Order‑to‑Cash & Billing Readiness: Prepare orders for billing and ensure completeness and compliance prior to invoicing; support billing execution and resolve exceptions.
• Acquisition & Change Support: Assist with data setup, validation, and post‑Go‑Live stabilization for new acquisitions.
• Stakeholder & Process Support: Act as interface between Sales, Finance, Contracting, and Systems; update systems and maintain trackers.
• Continuous Improvement & Controls: Identify process gaps and support automation initiatives; comply with internal controls.
