Carhartt WIP is opening a new store in Porto in October 2026. We are seeking a retail associate to deliver excellent customer service and convey brand stories within a dynamic shopping environment.

You will drive sales, process transactions, replenish stock, and maintain visual displays while following store policies. Fluency in Portuguese is required; English is advantageous for interactions with international customers.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Confident and outgoing with strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective selling abilities.
• Fluent in Portuguese; English is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting.
• Drive sales and ensure targets are achieved.
• Process sales transactions.

Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

For our new store in Porto, opening in October 2026, we are looking for you as

Tasks:

• Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting
• Drive sales ensuring that targets are achieved
• Process sales transactions
• Replenish stock and maintain the day-to-day standards in visual displays
• Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed
• Develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business

Profile:

• Experience in retail / customer service
• Confident and outgoing
• Effective selling skills
• Fluent in Portuguese, English is advantageous
