Carhartt WIP is opening a new store in Porto in October 2026 and we are seeking a Sales Assistant (m/f/x) to welcome customers and deliver compelling brand stories in a retail setting. You will help ensure strong sales, maintain store appearance, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires teamwork, flexibility, and excellent communication. Fluent Portuguese is preferred, English is advantageous, and you will develop product knowledge to answer questions, resolve issues, and

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
• Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible
• Excellent communication and ‘people’ skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting
• Ensure optimum sales levels are met
• Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed
• Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look
• To develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business
• Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction
• Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers
