Carhartt WIP is opening a new store in Porto and seeks a Sales Assistant (m/f/x) to welcome customers and drive brand storytelling in a retail setting.

You will provide exceptional service, develop product knowledge, and support merchandising while maintaining the store look and policies. Fluency in Portuguese is required; English is a plus. This is a full-time on-site role with a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Retail environment familiarity helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to brand stories.

Your Profile

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
• Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible
• Excellent communication and 'people' skills
• Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
• Fluent in Portuguese, English is advantageous
