Job summary

Finsolutia is seeking a Product Specialist / Business Analyst in Lisbon to turn business and regulatory needs into clear product requirements and user stories. You’ll work with Product, Design and Engineering to ensure well-defined initiatives ready for development.

You’ll collect feedback, maintain docs, and support demos while collaborating across cross-functional teams in a fast-growing, product-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Portuguese at native level.
• Minimum 2 years in a digital product environment as BA/PM/analyst.
• Experience with requirements (user stories, workflows, docs) and specs.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Ability to identify dependencies and impacts across features and data.
• Comfort with technical teams and APIs / SaaS concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong communication and prioritisation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to reduce ambiguity.
• Autonomy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business, customer, and regulatory needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Define workflows, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
• Analyse business processes, user behavior and product performance for improvements.
• Identify risks, dependencies, edge cases and potential impacts across features.
• Collect, analyse, structure customer feedback and translate into needs.
• Maintain product documentation, specs and release notes.
• Support demos, feature walkthroughs, and release communications.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design and Revenue teams during backlog refinement.
