Job summary

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) in Portugal seeks an SAP S/4HANA Data Lead to drive the data workstream for Belgium and Italy. You will coordinate data extraction, validation and preparation from legacy systems, collaborating with Capgemini, Core Model teams and local IT to ensure smooth migration.

Responsibilities include data quality, legacy-to-SAP mapping, UAT support and occasional P2P advisory on ECC6. Strong cross-country collaboration and data governance are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in data management, migration or governance (SAP preferred).
• 3+ years leading SAP S/4HANA migration cycles.
• Strong knowledge of ETL tools and SAP migration methodologies.
• Understanding SAP data structures across FICO, MM, SD and Supply Chain.
• Experience coordinating multi-country data extraction activities.
• Knowledge of P2P processes in SAP ECC6.
• Ability to translate complex source-system logic into clear requirements for migration teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead data extraction activities from legacy systems with clear requirements and deadlines.
• Deliver validated data extracts to migration teams and resolve data issues during transformation.
• Perform validation and reconciliation to ensure accurate migration results.
• Coordinate with Capgemini on legacy data topics and provide documentation.
• Oversee mapping from legacy structures to SAP S/4HANA core data model with owners.
• Support UAT and testing with data preparation and validation.
• Monitor progress, risks and dependencies; report to program management.
• Create templates and guides to support country roll-outs and occasional ECC6 P2P advisory.
