Sodexo is seeking a SAP S/4HANA O2C SME to join the Global Business Services in Portugal. You will support Global and Regional O2C BPOs, validate data, and ensure the Core Model is applied across processes. The role requires 3–5 years O2C experience, English fluency, and prior SAP/S4HANA exposure. Hybrid work with health insurance and meal allowance.

Travel may be required for workshops, UAT, and deployment activities, contributing to knowledge transfer and user training.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of Order-to-Cash experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in Global Business Services/Shared Services environments.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC6 in O2C.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Support Global and Regional O2C BPOs with operational insights.
• Collect, validate, and clarify data to support design, build, and deployment.
• Ensure the Core Model is consistently applied across processes.
• Participate in testing (unit, integration, UAT) to verify that solutions meet business needs.
• Act as a change-management ambassador, driving adoption of new processes.
• Support key user training and knowledge transfer.
• Provide O2C expertise across customer master data, order processing, billing, receivables, and cash application.
