Cross Border Talents in Porto (Portugal) is hiring a Russian Customer Support specialist to assist users of cutting-edge digital products via email and chat, with no phone calls. You will follow SOPs, resolve inquiries, maintain SLA alignment, and participate in ongoing training in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Required: fluent Russian (C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, at least 1 year in customer support, plus a proactive, user‑focused mindset.

Qualificações

• Fluent Russian (C2).
• Proficient English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• At least one year of experience in Customer Support or related role.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities.
• Desire to learn and grow in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer questions and issues through email and chat ONLY, delivering quick, clear, and courteous assistance
• Follow step-by-step support protocols (SOPs) to resolve inquiries effectively, or escale when necessary
• Maintain strong performance in line with quality expectations and SLA goals
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and feedback sessions to develop skills and stay up to date with product features
• Approach each interaction with empathy and a problem-solving mindset to ensure a positive user experience
• Support a culture of continous improvement by contributing ideas and embracing team-driven success
