Job summary

Infante Sagres Porto is seeking a dynamic hospitality professional to join our team in Porto. You will deliver dishes from the kitchen to the wine bar and act as the liaison between sommelier, wait staff, and kitchen, ensuring seamless service.

As part of the dining room team you will perform end-of-service tasks, maintain order and cleanliness, and contribute to a smooth transition between courses. Strong Portuguese and English communication skills are essential, and evening/weekend/public

About Infante Sagres

First opened in 1951 as Porto's very first 5-star hotel, the Hotel Infante Sagres and is entering a new chapter as Experimental Porto, set to open at the end of 2026. The project marks Experimental's arrival in Portugal, in a space redesigned by Dorothée Melichzon. For the first time in Experimental's history, a restaurant, a wine bar and a cocktail club will come together under one roof, bringing the full breadth of Experimental's know-how to a single address.

About The Position

As part of their duties, he/she will be responsible for:

• Delivering dishes from the kitchen to the wine bar and acting as the liaison between the sommeliers, the waiters and the kitchen,
• Performing end-of-service tasks: cleaning, organizing, and preparing for the next service,
• Ensuring all work areas are maintained in optimal condition (cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality),
• Contributing to smooth communication between the kitchen and the wine bar by responding quickly to the needs of both teams,
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt service and professional conduct in the dining room.

• You are discreet yet efficient, with an interest in the hospitality and wine industry.
