Datamentors in Madeira is seeking a hands-on Customer Success professional to own post-sales relationships for ARDIA customers, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.

You will build success plans for robot fleets, track milestones, and monitor health metrics. You will translate customer feedback into actionable input for product and engineering, while collaborating with Sales on upsell opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sales role.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts with retention and expansion results.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese a plus).
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into clear feedback for product/engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Own the post-sales relationship with ARDIA customers end-to-end: onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Build and run success plans tailored to each customer's goals for their robot fleets, tracking milestones.
• Monitor account health and proactively resolve risks to retention.
• Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams.
• Partner with Sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer base.
