The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience, specifically in deep tech or robotics. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence product direction while enjoying a remote working setup connected to the innovation hub in Madeira.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in deep tech, robotics, or enterprise SaaS.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping complex technical products.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Ardia product roadmap: prioritise features, define requirements, and drive delivery.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand deployment needs.
• Partner with AI, Robotics, Software, and TeleOps teams to scope and ship each release.
• Define and track product metrics: success rates, operator efficiency, customer satisfaction.
• Communicate roadmap and progress to leadership, investors, and customers.
