Nacre Capital in Portugal is seeking an ambitious Automation/Mechatronics Engineer with 3+ years in automation to own and expand our AI-powered platform's industrial solutions across Europe.

You will manage feasibility studies, define specifications, lead development life cycles, and supervise installation, integration, and maintenance with partners, while traveling up to 80% of the time and collaborating with a remote-first team.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in automation as an Automation/Mechatronics/Electronics Engineer or similar.
• Track record deploying automation solutions (machines) in the field.
• Apply solution thinking across the automation solution.
• Ownership mindset for the product and outcomes.
• Project management experience and ability to lead initiatives.
• Willingness to work in a remote-first setup and travel up to 80%.
• Excellent communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer interaction / client-facing roles.
• English proficiency at operational level.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and document feasibility studies for new solutions.
• Specification and project management of development of new solutions.
• Own the product/solution through the complete life cycle with partners and management.
• Manage and document process, project, specifications, and drawings.
• Supervise build, installation, integration, and maintenance of machines with partners.
• Provide problem analysis, remote diagnostics, and on-site support in Northern Europe.
