Capgemini Engineering is seeking an RF-focused Analog Layout Engineer specializing in FinFET nodes to design high-frequency RF blocks. You will ensure low parasitic, well-controlled matching, and robust reliability within advanced DRC/LVS constraints.

The role involves layout for LNAs, mixers, VCOs and PLL sub-blocks, along with shielding and RF-aware routing. Hybrid work arrangement and access to cutting-edge tools support your growth in a global engineering leader.

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on RF layout design experience at FinFET nodes.
• Strong parasitic control skills for high-frequency circuits.
• Familiarity with EM modeling, substrate coupling and isolation techniques.
• Proficiency with RF-aware EDA tools and post-layout flows.
• Knowledge of reliability and aging effects in RF devices.

Responsabilidades

• Layout design for RF circuits (LNAs, mixers, VCOs, PLL blocks) in FinFET technology.
• Optimize routing to minimize parasitics and ensure signal integrity.
• Implement shielding strategies to reduce coupling and crosstalk.
• Address EM/IR reliability for high-current RF paths and ensure DRC/LVS compliance.
• Apply RF matching techniques for differential pairs and passive components.
• Collaborate with RF designers to meet gain, NF and phase noise targets.
