Bruker is seeking a Revenue and Recognition Specialist (m/f/d) for the BSC in Porto, Portugal, to support global internal clients with accurate revenue recognition under US GAAP and to perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly closes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in accounting or finance (ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of General Ledger/ AR work experience involving US GAAP revenue recognition.
• Very good English skills (written and oral); Italian is a plus.
• Advanced computer proficiency with SAP ERP or Microsoft Dynamics Navision and MS Office including Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to work on own initiatives while collaborating within a team.
• Ability to assess situations to determine importance, urgency and risk, then make timely decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse financial data to ensure accurate revenue recognition according to Bruker policies.
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
• Examine documentation supporting revenue recognition for US GAAP compliance (RRC).
• Monitor and analyse revenue streams for trends and variances.
• Report monthly to Corporate.
• Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations and SOX controls.
• Support audits and other business queries.
• Perform other duties as required.
