Qualificações

• Minimum requirement: strong communication and customer service oriented.
• Able to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Comfortable with technology and handling payment processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Assist customers by recommending apparel and footwear.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Assist front and back of house including POS and payments.
• Process omni-channel requests through digital experience.
