Under Armour in Vila do Conde, Portugal, is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, drive sales and deliver standout customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will greet customers, suggest apparel and footwear, and help maintain visually appealing stores while handling POS and omni-channel requests. A flexible schedule and team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum age 16 (or 18 in California).
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, handheld/mobile devices).

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share product knowledge and benefits with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payments.
• Handle omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Demonstrate teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote the Rewards program to build loyalty.
