Under Armour, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Vila do Conde to lead daily store operations, coach teammates, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for driving sales, managing payroll, and ensuring brand standards on the sales floor. The role requires a year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage in omni-channel activities while promoting UA apps and campaigns.

Qualificações

• 1 year experience in a retail environment
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work full time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology such as hand-held devices
• Strong communication skills
• Able to stand and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs during shift

Responsabilidades

• Drive daily operations and store performance.
• Coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze sales trends and make real-time decisions.
• Manage payroll and scheduling.
• Direct merchandising while upholding brand standards.
• Support omni-channel initiatives and apps promotions.
• Lead ownership of key areas like Talent, Visuals, Operations.
