You will also handle POS transactions and assist with omni-channel requests in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge sharing, and loyalty program education, with opportunities for growth and regular part-time or full-time roles.

Qualificações

• Minimum requirements include friendly customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights and weekends as needed.
• Basic English is a plus and local language fluency required.

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share product knowledge and features with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Handle front and back-of-store tasks including POS and payments.
