Ideal candidates excel in customer service, communication, and teamwork, with a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends, and a comfort with technology for POS and digital requests.

Qualificações

• Minimum 16 years old (or 18 in some locations)
• Able to maneuver store, stockroom, and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Local language fluency; basic English helpful
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Strong communication skills and ability to perform essential functions
• Comfortable with technology and using POS devices

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest apparel and footwear to customers to meet their needs
• Share product knowledge and enthusiasm about Under Armour
• Stock, straighten, and clean the store
• Assist front and back-of-store tasks including payment processes
• Fulfill omni-channel requests via digital channels
• Demonstrate teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Promote the Rewards program to drive loyalty
