Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Braga You will ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience by providing exceptional service maintaining high quality standards and managing a team of staff members Your duties will include hiring and training new employees creating work schedules monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies handling customer complaints and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations You will also be responsible for managing the restaurants budget and financial performance We are seeking an experienced candidate with a passion for the hospitality industry and strong leadership skills The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required Salary $1300 per month Location Braga Portugal If you have the required experience and skills we would love to hear from you
