You will own the pre-opening journey through to a successful opening and beyond, building the team, embedding the culture, delivering guest experiences and driving commercial success.

This flagship opening aims to set the standard for the city’s dining scene.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager in premium, lifestyle or high-volume venues.
• Hands-on, inspirational leader with a passion for building high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to drive revenue and profitability.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the pre-opening and launch of the restaurant ensuring operational readiness from day one.
• Recruit, train and inspire a high-performing management and front-of-house team.

• Drive commercial performance through cost control, revenue growth and operational efficiencies.
• Work closely with the senior leadership team on opening strategy, brand standards and business objectives.

• Develop strong relationships within the local market and position the venue as one of Lisbon's premier dining destinations.
• Maintain compliance with all health & safety and licensing regulations.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a flagship opening, helping to shape one of the city's most exciting new hospitality destinations from the ground up. Combining exceptional food and drink, stunning design and an energetic atmosphere, the venue is set to become a go-to destination for both locals and international visitors.

As Restaurant General Manager, you will take full ownership of the operation, leading the pre-opening journey through to a successful launch and beyond. You will play a key role in building the team, embedding the culture, delivering outstanding guest experiences and driving the commercial success of the business.
