Tivoli Hotels & Resorts in Porto, Portugal invites motivated interns to join the Food & Beverage Department – Restaurant Service. You will learn service procedures while supporting teams to deliver quality guest experiences.

During the internship you will work with the F&B Team, Chefs, F&B Director, Kitchen, Bar and Groups & Events, gaining hands-on practice from mise-en-place to guest service for events up to 900 people.

Formación

• Must be currently enrolled in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese language preferred but not required.
• Availability for a 6-month internship from Feb/Mar to Aug/Sep 2027.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in restaurant service with a professional attitude and learning focus.
• Support mise-en-place, table and space management, and guest reception.
• Assist groups and events team delivering service in meeting rooms up to 900 guests.
