Zusammenfassung

Tivoli Kopke Porto Gaia Hotel in Porto, Portugal, offers a 6‑month internship in the Food & Beverage Department – Kitchen. You will work closely with Chefs and the F&B team to learn food preparation, mise-en-place and plating, while contributing to guest satisfaction and event catering.

Ideal candidates are currently studying Hotel Management or related field, fluent in English with Portuguese preferred, and hold EU passport and/or Swiss B permit. Six-month program from Feb/March 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Currently studying Hotel Management or related field.
• EU passport and/or Swiss B Permit holder.

Aufgaben

• Assist in daily kitchen operations and support team in assigned tasks.
• Contribute to food preparation, mise-en-place and plating with guidance from Chefs and F&B team.
• Help ensure high standards of quality and food safety.
• Contribute to events and special services for groups up to 900 guests.
• Learn from kitchen, bar, Groups & Events teams and enhance professional skills.
