Sheraton Cascais Resort is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead all aspects of the property, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional guest experience. The role drives revenue growth, cost management and staff development across all departments to deliver the brand promise.

The successful candidate will oversee Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Meetings & Events, Engineering and support functions, collaborating with ownership and Marriott International to sustain long-term

Qualificações

• Senior hotel leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Experience in managing multi-department teams.
• Knowledge of brand standards and operational procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership across Rooms, F&B, Spa, Meetings, and Engineering to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain hands-on leadership and enforce Sheraton brand standards and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and asset protection.
• Drive a guest-centric culture and uphold the Sheraton brand experience at all touchpoints.
• Address guest feedback promptly and implement service improvements.
• Monitor key KPIs, revenue, GOP and profitability, and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue, Sales and Marketing to maximize topline while protecting the bottom line.
• Build strong relationships with ownership, UHM, Marriott International / Sheraton and other stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the hotel leadership team with accountability and high performance.
