ACCA Careers is seeking an Investment Analyst to join a growing real estate platform focusing on residential assets. You will support acquisition, development, and optimization efforts while collaborating with institutional investors, developers, and financing partners.

The role emphasizes strong financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis skills, with responsibilities spanning from feasibility studies to investor reporting and portfolio management.

Responsabilidades

• Support the assessment and execution of real estate investment opportunities, with a particular focus on residential development projects.
• Develop and maintain financial models, feasibility studies, valuations, and business plans.
• Monitor financial and operational performance of assets, ensuring alignment with investment objectives and approved business plans.
• Track project performance throughout the development lifecycle, from acquisition and planning through to delivery and stabilization.
• Prepare investment memorandums, investor reports, and presentations for internal committees and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with developers, financial institutions, advisors, investors, and other key partners involved in each project.
• Identify opportunities to enhance asset value and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to portfolio management activities through a structured, analytical, and results-driven approach.
