You will support investment and divestment processes, prepare financial models, market analyses, and client-focused materials to drive decision-making in real estate transactions. Qualificações

• Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Architecture.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in real estate, consulting, corporate finance, investment banking or similar areas.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyze financial models, valuation exercises, and business plans for real estate investments.
• Conduct market research and interpret sector data for different asset classes.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and marketing materials for investors and banks.
• Support transaction processes across buy-side and sell-side lifecycles.
