• Track project performance throughout the development lifecycle, from acquisition and planning through to delivery and stabilization.
• Prepare investment memorandums, investor reports, and presentations for internal committees and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with developers, financial institutions, advisors, investors, and other key partners involved in each project.
• Identify opportunities to enhance asset value and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to portfolio management activities through a structured, analytical, and results-driven approach.

Description

• Support the assessment and execution of real estate investment opportunities, with a particular focus on residential development projects;
• Develop and maintain financial models, feasibility studies, valuations, and business plans;

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field;
• 2 to 6 years of professional experience in real estate investment, real estate development, asset management, transaction advisory, or consulting;
• Strong exposure to residential development projects and a solid understanding of the development lifecycle;
• Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis skills;
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across multiple functions and external partners;
• Analytical mindset, commercial awareness, and strong problem-solving abilities;
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial analysis tools;
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and capable of working independently.
