CBRE Portugal is seeking an Analyst to join the Capital Markets team in Lisbon. You will support investment and divestment processes by building financial models, market analyses and client materials.

You will interact with investors, banks and clients, prepare presentations, and contribute to proposals and strategic plans across real estate assets. The role offers exposure to transactions, cross‑functional collaboration, and development through CBRE’s learning programs.

Qualificações

• Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Architecture.
• Up to 2 years of professional real estate or related experience.
• Strong strategic, analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously and proactively.
• Excellent planning, organization and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; Spanish and/or French is a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and financial modeling ability.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyze financial models, valuations and business plans for real estate investments.
• Conduct market research and interpret sector data across asset classes.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and marketing materials for investors and banks.
• Participate in commercial engagement with investors and clients.
• Support transaction processes across buy-side and sell-side lifecycles.
