Job summary

CORUM Asset Management in Lisbon is hiring an Investment Analyst (up to 3 years’ experience) to join its Investment Team in Lisbon, focusing on sourcing and underwriting real estate opportunities across Europe and the US as the fund portfolio expands.

You will build detailed cash flow models, analyse market data, and contribute to investment memoranda, working closely with senior professionals across a pan-European platform.

Qualifications

• Background in real estate, finance, investment banking, consulting or private equity.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Management with relevant experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities across countries and asset classes.
• Working proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish/Italian is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Analysing real estate investment opportunities across sectors and asset classes.
• Building and maintaining detailed discounted cash flow models.
• Analysing market, valuation and comparable transaction data.
• Reviewing tenant, sponsor and counterparty financials.
• Preparing investment committee materials and internal investment memoranda.
• Supporting senior team members throughout the Transactions.
