Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in computer vision in industry or research setting.
• Strong Python and ML skills with hands-on experience training deep learning models for image-based tasks.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work across different technologies and tools.
• Nice to have: software engineering and C# experience; biometrics experience (trainings provided).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the biometric capture pipelines and applied-research roadmap for face recognition, image quality and anti-spoofing.
• Cover the full research lifecycle: data acquisition, annotation, model training, experimentation and delivery.
• Work across tools and environments to keep research moving beyond pure software development.
• Solve deployment challenges and escalate SDK support requests as needed.
• Promote best practices for security, governance, quality and software lifecycle management.
• Explore novel directions, contribute to patents and publications, and share knowledge with the team.
