Hellosunshinetravels is seeking motivated, organized, and customer-focused individuals to build a business in travel. As a Remote Travel Coordinator / Vacation Planner, you will research, plan, and book travel experiences while delivering excellent service throughout the planning process.

This remote, independent contractor role offers a flexible schedule and ongoing support, with opportunities to specialize in cruises, resorts, family vacations, groups, and international travel.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Proficient with computers and online platforms.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willing to complete training and learn about travel industry.
• Sales, hospitality, customer service, or travel experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Research and plan vacations based on clients' needs and budgets.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, packages, transport options.
• Prepare and present travel quotes and itineraries.
• Book travel arrangements through approved suppliers and platforms.
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after booking.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation information.
• Process and monitor payments and deadlines.
• Stay informed about supplier promotions and travel requirements.
• Participate in training and professional development.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Market and grow your independent travel business.
