Kim Luxe Travel is hiring a Remote Travel Assistant to support clients planning, preparing for, and enjoying trips from home. You will guide travelers, handle requests, and ensure confidence and satisfaction throughout the journey.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and comfort using travel booking systems. Training and ongoing support are provided within a collaborative remote team environment.

Qualificações

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience, preferably in travel, hospitality or support roles.
• Highly organized, reliable and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Able to learn quickly and use booking systems and digital tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Support travel reservations, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide guidance on destinations, travel requirements and agency processes.
• Monitor upcoming trips and proactively reach out to clients as needed.
• Address questions professionally to ensure a positive client experience.
