Wire IT is seeking a Business/Technical Analyst to join a senior, remote-first team. You will gather requirements, define project scope, and translate complex telecom needs into actionable designs. The role demands strong networking knowledge, OSS/BSS familiarity, and hands-on experience with automation platforms like Itential IAP.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Info Systems or related field.
• 4+ years as Business/Technical/Systems Analyst in telecom environments.
• Experience in requirements gathering and scope definition for complex technology projects.
• Strong networking knowledge including Access Networks and Routing Protocols.
• Experience with network automation and orchestration platforms.
• Experience with Itential IAP.
• Strong OSS/BSS understanding and telecom processes.
• Experience producing functional and technical documentation (HLD/LLD).
• Ability to create and maintain process flows and diagrams.
• Knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Spanish (B2) and English (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Gather and validate business and technical requirements for telecom projects.
• Define scope and design high-level and low-level solutions (HLD/LLD).
• Coordinate with stakeholders across technology and business teams.
• Contribute to architecture documents and workflow diagrams.
• Support agile delivery and project execution.
