Assetara Limited is hiring a Recruiter to support global hiring efforts. You will source candidates, present opportunities, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. A strong understanding of Assetara, its products, values, and approved communications is essential.

You will conduct 2–3 first-stage video interviews daily via Zoom or Google Meet, maintain candidate records, and ensure a professional candidate experience across sourcing channels.

Qualificações

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, sales, customer communication, or talent acquisition is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional approach to candidate experience.
• Ability to use Zoom, Google Meet, job boards, and basic spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Working English for internal communication and recruitment materials; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to learn Company information thoroughly and communicate it accurately and responsibly.

Responsabilidades

• Talent Sourcing: Search for and engage potential employees through professional networks, job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Candidate Communication: Contact candidates professionally and explain relevant opportunities with approved information.
• Company Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Assetara’s business, products, values, and communications.
• Video Interviews: Conduct 2–3 structured first-stage video meetings per day via Zoom or Google Meet.
• Screening & Coordination: Assess fit and refer candidates to hiring managers or next interview stages.
• Recruitment Records: Keep candidate data and interview feedback in the CRM per privacy requirements.
