Assetara Limited is seeking a Remote HR Recruiter & Video Interview Specialist to source candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct first-round video interviews for international roles. You will represent the company on camera and coordinate across time zones from a home office setup.

You will publish jobs across channels, manage applications, and report daily on pipelines. Strong English, a professional on-camera presence, and prior recruiting or virtual assistant experience are required.

Qualificações

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction, professional presentation, and confident on-camera delivery.
• Prior experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Dedicated home office setup with HD webcam, clear microphone, and stable high-speed internet.

Responsabilidades

• Candidate sourcing & job posting across channels.
• Inbound application management: review and process resumes.
• Interview scheduling with candidates across time zones via Email/WhatsApp.
• Video interviewing & recording: conduct 2–3 video interviews daily; recording mandatory.
• Daily reporting & planning: maintain logs, track pipelines, and submit reports.
