Job summary

Jobgether Srl is partnering with a client to appoint a Partner and Customer Enablement Lead based in Portugal. You will drive enablement, coaching, training and QA across international programmes, focusing on LMICs and software adoption.

You will collaborate across product, data, programme management and support teams. The role requires up to 40% international travel and a full-time contract with remote work within UTC -1 to UTC +5.

Qualifications

• Teaching or training qualification with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience training teams remotely in low- and middle-income countries.
• Strong understanding of software products, configuration processes, and user adoption.
• Excellent coaching and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, enablement, and in-country training using digital assets.
• Coach trainers and ensure training quality and program outcomes.
• Monitor adoption, identify gaps, and drive measurable improvements.
• Coordinate with product, data, and programme teams; manage multiple country programs.
