Job summary

A2It Tecnologia is seeking an SRE with strong observability expertise to help build and scale our observability platform. You will work on automation, capacity planning and improving reliability across services.

Join a cross-functional team using Grafana Stack, OpenTelemetry, and modern cloud tooling to drive visibility, performance and FinOps awareness while modernising legacy monitoring.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as SRE/Observability Engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on with OpenTelemetry instrumentation.
• Proficient with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform and ArgoCD.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain observability solutions for metrics, logs, traces and RUM.
• Build automated monitoring and alerting pipelines based on SLOs/SLAs.
• Manage telemetry pipelines ensuring data quality from instrumentation to dashboards.
• Promote observability best practices across development and operations teams.
• Modernise legacy monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Identify opportunities to optimise observability costs and support FinOps.
