Job summary

Decskill is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer – Observability to join our cross-functional team on a remote-working project. You will design and implement observability solutions and promote best practices across the software lifecycle.

You will work with Grafana Cloud, OpenTelemetry, and related tools to build reliable monitoring, routing, and alerting pipelines, while focusing on automation, FinOps, and long-term platform evolution.

Qualifications

Solid experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps or Observability.
Strong understanding of monitoring architectures, telemetry pipelines, and SLIs/SLAs.
Ability to design scalable observability solutions and promote best practices.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain observability solutions across metrics, logs, traces, and RUM.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to promote observability by design.
Automate pipelines and optimize costs with FinOps focus.
Define and document observability standards and patterns.
