Foundever is seeking a Spanish Quality Specialist to monitor and improve customer interactions, including AI-driven flows. The role requires Spanish native/C2 level and English fluency, plus at least six months in Quality Assurance.

You will work from home or hybrid, supporting quality calibration, feedback delivery, and performance reporting. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, organization, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams while adhering to security

Qualificações

• Spanish native/C2 level is mandatory.
• English fluent level.
• AI knowledge.
• Minimum 6 months' experience in Quality Assurance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good organization and time management.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor CSR performance daily through call listening, sampling, and evaluation.
• Provide feedback to ensure adherence to scripts and procedures.
• Act as quality consultant and QA reference for the team.
• Participate in meetings to discuss guidelines and calibration processes.
• Report script issues and support client-specific programs.
• Assist client in monitoring programs as needed.
• Communicate program changes and calibration approaches to the team.
• Create monthly call monitoring plans and execute them.
• Contribute data for Monthly Quality Reports and insights.
• Participate in calibration sessions to align scoring with client expectations.
• Monitor AI-driven interactions (IVR and automated flows).
• Identify gaps and opportunities in AI performance and CX.
