Foundever is seeking a French Quality Specialist in Lisbon to monitor and improve call quality, AI interactions, and customer experience. The role requires French native/C2 and English fluency, plus at least six months in Quality Assurance.

You will review calls, provide actionable feedback, and collaborate across teams to ensure adherence to scripts and client guidelines. The position supports remote work options within Portugal, with standard hours Monday to Friday and ongoing professional

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Quality Assurance
• Fluent in English; French proficiency required
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Monitor CSR performance daily by taping, listening to, reviewing and evaluating calls.
• Provide feedback to ensure adherence to procedures and scripts to improve the service delivered to the caller.
• Act as a counsellor – quality expert – quality assurance reference.
• Attend meetings with supervisors, Project Leaders and client POC to discuss guidelines and procedures.
• Report script problems or questions to appropriate areas.
• Assist client in monitoring specific programs as needed.
• Communicate with supervisors on program changes and new guidelines.
• Create and execute monthly call monitoring plans.
• Provide relevant information for Monthly Quality Reports.
• Participate in calibration sessions to align scoring and interpretation with client expectations.
• Monitor and evaluate AI-driven customer interactions, including IVR and automated flows.
• Identify gaps, trends and opportunities to improve AI performance and CX.
• Ensure AI interactions meet defined quality standards and guidelines.
